ingredients

  • Cooked Chickpeas

  • Chopped Romaine Lettuce

  • Cucumber, chopped

  • Bell Pepper, chopped

  • Red Onion, thinly sliced

  • Green Onions, chopped

  • Cherry Tomatoes, sliced in half

  • Red Cabbage, shredded

  • Chopped Olives

  • Sea salt

  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper

greek dressing ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Extra-virgin olive oil or Avacado

  • 1/4 cup of White vinegar

  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • Freshly chopped parsley

  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

  • Sea Salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • Dried Oregano & Dried Basil

  • Garlic Powder

  • 1 tsp of honey

instructions

wash and cleanse all ingredients, chop vegetables and combine together in a mixing bowl.

cilantro + lime dressing instructions

In a jar with a lid, combine all ingredients and shake until emulsified, then season with herbs and spices.
