In my mid-30s, I reached a turning point. I was dealing with high blood pressure, obesity, and mounting stress while navigating significant life changes. Losing both my mother and grandmother to chronic illness prompted me to rethink everything about my health. I realized that the healthcare system wasn’t offering me real answers—I needed something that went deeper.

Without many resources, I turned inward. I leaned on faith, persistence, and a lot of trial and error. Slowly, I began transforming my lifestyle with real, whole foods and a plant-based way of eating. This was about truly nourishing my body and soul, not about quick fixes. Step by step, I reduced stress, lost nearly 100 pounds, managed my blood pressure without medication, and deepened my relationship with God.

Through this journey, I’ve come to see that wellness isn’t a final destination; it’s an ongoing path. True wellness is holistic—it’s a balance of mental, physical, and spiritual well-being, all working together.

My passion is to share this journey with other women, especially those who haven’t always had access to support, representation, or resources. My hope is to create a place where we can challenge the norms and reclaim our health on our own terms, guided by faith, supported by real food, and grounded in purpose.
